Member number and password work perfectly on laptop but refuse to work on mobile.

simple setup very easy to make a claim 👌

The app has all the relevant info I need about my policy. I like checking my claims and what amounts I have left. The only downside is that the virtual HBF card that is available in the app doesn't always scan on the HICAPS machines. I can make a claim via the app, but the claim takes up to 7 days to be processed. Apps can only improve, and this one is starting off good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
