Nice exercises. The counting, though, is unrealistic slow. It takes seconds after "go" before the counting begins. And the counting itself... Even when you are inexperienced, you can do at least 4 or 5 times the exercise. And even when you are experienced, the time in between the counting is too long for the exercise. Good idea, bad implementation. Then, the ads, even when wanting to check the settings, annoying ads a couple of times.

LOVE IT! ! IT'S A MUST HAVE! I love how you get so many exercises to chose from, and you get to either add more or less of that exercise. Also you don't have to keep touching the screen so that it dont go off like the other apps. You can pause it, skip it, go back to another exercise, and redo a day you've already done. I spend around 2 hours a day or more on this app and I'm already feeling the improvement in my muscles and body. And only had it about 2 weeks. It's great. 💪😍💓

I think it's a really good app to get you all motivated for workouts and all...and simply the best, I think the only thing holding me back from giving it a 5 star is that it has way too many ads and the after the rest day the workout gets over extremely hard.. I think that's the only problem other than that its amazing I recommend it if u wanna challenge urself and loose weight :)
