I get daily messages on my lock screen which I want to read, but on clicking the message to open the app and read the entire post, I am taken to an ad, when closing the ad, I can not seem to find the news post or message that I have seen on the lock screen. Before being able to go to my workout I am then blocked by further advertising. Why add 2x adverts before I can do anything. Almost st the point of uninstalling. I want to be able to read the news post of today.

The app is pretty good, but there's a language barrier that's easy to pick up on. The timing of reps on workouts should be improved as well. Jumping jacks is not a slow-paced exercise. It's also obvious that nearly all the reviews are fake, because the grammar in most of the reviews is exactly the same as used in the app.

I've tried several home workout apps, but this is the first one that I've actually been willing to stick with for the entire thirty day plan! The exercises are of a reasonable difficulty, and there's enough variety and rest days built in that doing my workout is never a chore. There's a diet module that helps you meal plan that I have not yet used, but you rarely see that feature in other free apps. This app has helped me maintain my healthy weight, which is all I can ask for. Highly recommend!
