Every time I buy a load, it's always saying "failed top up request" and one more thing, I did a verification upgrade but it's been 3 weeks already and I'm not yet receiving some updates. The faqs did not help at all, I wish they could put contacts for the users' requests and complaints. Still giving 2 points because I was able to pay bills.

This app is always crashing. I applied to become a verified user which requires submission of ID, but their system doesn't work accurately. Even though I'd selected the right type of ID, still their system replied that the ID I chose was not matched on what I'd uploaded. Please po. Pakiayos po. Salamat.

It's worse,I try to upgrade my account,but it always failed,I've try many times and also provide the primary ID that needed but still failed,and now I can't use this useless app,because it require to upgrade before you can use the services.can you fix this matter because I still have a deposit on your useless app.
