Quick customer care resolution. But, it's inconvenient that you have to contact customer care everytime there's missing delivery items. The delivery person should update in their app on the actual delivery done. It's very inconvenient for the consumer to check and report missing items, which happens every other day and then the cycle of payment and refunds continues... Disappointed after we subscribed to it for a month or so.

Very bad experience. No COD option and if deivery are missed, they will not deliver the items at all...always demands are high, difficult to get slots. Absolutely not recommended. Edit: I have better things to do rather than wasting time with app support team. For your information, I already discussed details with the support team. It doesn't solve anything other than empty assurance.

I recently had the opportunity to try out the BB Grocery app, expecting a seamless and convenient online shopping experience. However, my expectations were crushed when I was met with a disappointing message: "We can't deliver at this location." As a customer, I was left feeling frustrated and unimpressed.Until they address these issues, I would not recommend using the BB Grocery app.
