I mainly wanted to purchase 1 item, but in order to get free delivery, I added a few more items. At delivery time, they said they didn't have this item in stock, but delivered everything else. They didn't bother to call me to discuss what to do. This has happened previously as well. This is really poor service, and they have lost a customer. I'm going to uninstall their app and never use their service again. Tata was once an honorable brand, but now it's just a Big Basket of garbage.

Worst app. It allows you to apply for the discount coupons in the app. however the applied discount doesn't reflect at the time of payment. the applied discount automatically gets removed and you have to make the payment of the full bill. then why does Bigbasket show discount coupons/offers of Mubiwik. Very bad experience of placing orders through Bigbasket. I will not recommend it to use.

​Whenever I place an order, the product shows as available and the order gets accepted. But when the delivery time arrives, I get a message saying, "Sorry, your order is cancelled due to insufficient stock, please accept our apologies." ​Right after that, when I check the app, the same product is still shown as available, but at a higher price, and my applied coupon code is marked as already used. ​When I called customer care, they just said sorry, which is completely unsatisfactory.
