Lost my loyalty..I had been a loyal customer for years, till I was cheated on the weight of the lemon.. they did nothing about it when I complained, which is when I decided to never use them again... Just for the record in the last 1 year alone IV spent over a lakh in purchases from them... Guess they are too big to care..
Worst app. Cancelled my order twice. Once even with me cancelling it. Second they told incomplete address. With the address I have mentioned even a 5 year kid can easily reach the address. I want my money back into my bank account not to the wallet.
Worst.... I really didn't like to shop from here they have once cheated.... During Diwali time... Ordered curd n that also the pakking was open vegitables where also not that fresh.... I called customer care no the suppose to get back to us but never got any call till this incedent happend in November 2016 it was Diwali time
App is good. We get most of the products. But what irritates me is delivery guy irritates u like anything. They should use the Google maps to reach on the address. Even after explaining them the correct address they call u incessantly. Please teach them to use google maps.
I tried to call customer call service regarding the order placing .we had discussion about 2min and what I get as a response that he is not able to hear . I called at 21:57 and at 21:59 he was repeating like pls respond if you are online and after that he disconnected the call .his name is Mohammad...worst experience ever.. might be his shirt getting over at 22:00...he was in hurry...but what about the customer...do bisbaket have any responsibility towards customer?looks like not....pls train your customer care executives
The worst online app!! They charge more than expected. The fruits and vegetables are not good. They dont even maintain the timing. Delivery is always late.
