Very disappointing experience. I ordered a watermelon with other items, but it wasn’t delivered and no prior information was given. However, I received emails for minor price changes, showing communication is possible. After the complaint, the refund was credited to the wallet, forcing me to reorder and pay extra other charges again. Feels misleading as low-priced items are shown but not delivered. Poor service—improve transparency and availability updates.

Do not use the BigBasket app for online orders; use a different app instead. This app is unreliable. If you have funds in your wallet, the delivery rider simply won't show up. After a long wait, they end up canceling your order—presumably because they don't earn as much per delivery when the payment is already pre-loaded in the customer's wallet. Today, I waited 35 minutes for my order, and then it was cancelled—even though the rider was just 4 minute away. don't use Big basket and don't wast ⌚

I’ve been using Bigbasket for a long time, but my account was suddenly blocked because of "multiple number logins." In a household where different family members check on groceries, this is bound to happen. Instead of a simple OTP or verification, they just lock you out of your account and your wallet balance. It’s a very frustrating user experience for a loyal customer. Please fix this rigid security flaw.
