Ratings and reviews

My last order disappointed me so much that I'm now deleting the app for good. The order I placed never came and when I contacted the team for help, they said I'll recieve it soon and that soon never came even after 2 days and I gave up in the end and cancelled the order. As my order was prepaid, I was waiting for my refund, which never came even after waiting for their given wait time. I lost my money, didnt get the order and the team always say they'll doc our issue without actual solution.

you will feel happy about the fast delivery but when you order more items from them they mostly do not send all the items. it is your responsibility to report missing items. they will not proactively refund the amount. and to report it, you have to go through their bot. and finaly after multiple attempts the bot confirms refund in their wallet. you tell them to refund in source account, they take 48 hours to refund

Worst worst app...and customer service.. As per them, an user can't have more than one account for same shipping address..but it no where mentioned in there downloading policy. They deactivate my account mentioning misuse of the facility, and all my Bigbasket wallet amount are not longer usable as I am unable to login back, also they are not refunding back to my account. Customer service are also not accountable. I would recommend just boycott this app.They just theft is on our first order.
