Pathetic service from BigBasket! Deliveries are never on time these days. They’ve recently introduced a return/exchange option for defective products, but the delivery agents don’t show up, and the support team just gives a generic reply saying that the pickup is delayed due to operational issues please wait for some more time. suggesting to use other platforms like blinkit, Swiggy, zepto, milkbasket

please do not buy anything from big basket as they do not give any preference to return pickup, I applied for a return pickup and I got a message for the same will be picked up but 3 days passed no one came to pick the item, I called customer care but they kept me for long hold and it got cut because it's chargeable call,i lost 25 rs on call, I also chatted but all in vain, I feel jio mart is far way better than big basket jio has toll-free no and they immediately resolve item return issue.

Worst experience. After placing my order, two items were “modified” without my consent, increasing the payable amount. No one asked if I was willing to pay extra. Items are already overpriced compared to other apps and local markets. Because of this forced change, my wallet now shows a negative balance and asks me to clear dues. If items are unavailable or cost more, customers must be informed first. This practice is misleading and unacceptable.
