I mainly wanted to purchase 1 item, but in order to get free delivery, I added a few more items. At delivery time, they said they didn't have this item in stock, but delivered everything else. They didn't bother to call me to discuss what to do. This has happened previously as well. This is really poor service, and they have lost a customer. I'm going to uninstall their app and never use their service again. Tata was once an honorable brand, but now it's just a Big Basket of garbage.

Worst app. It allows you to apply for the discount coupons in the app. however the applied discount doesn't reflect at the time of payment. the applied discount automatically gets removed and you have to make the payment of the full bill. then why does Bigbasket show discount coupons/offers of Mubiwik. Very bad experience of placing orders through Bigbasket. I will not recommend it to use.

Lately, I've noticed that of we buy any vegetable or fresh produce the person will always add a little more than we ordered. That extra in the wallet is always added and then we end up buying more than what we've paid for. it isn't always possible to get the exact quantity, but I sure would appreciate for once not to have extra fees added. Love the app otherwise.
