When I went to the “Track Your Order” screen on the BigBasket app, it was displaying a total amount of 251. However, when the delivery person arrived, he informed me that the actual amount was 140. BigBasket should address and fix such discrepancies. Apart from this issue, the app is a good option for purchasing groceries. but delivery boy made it correct

Payment experience is usually bad. After choosing the bank voucher, the app wouldn't show me the saved card on which the voucher was applicable and I always had to enter it manually. This seems to have been resolved but now the payment page shows the amount before the instant discount and I ended up cancelling the payment. The sms from the bank did have the correct amount though. The app doesn't allow me to use the voucher again on the card even though I hadn't completed the payment.

This app is just a waste of time and money. I recently ordered from the app. The order got cancelled when the time for delivery was there and they didn't call for cancellation or delivery and needed to wait 9 days for a refund and money wasted that too. The store they have doesn't even respond to customer service agents. I highly recommend using some other app instead of this. No use of anything
