Team Big basket, there is an issue with the location services in your application. Today's delivery agent called up from a different location (about 1 km away) and I had to share my location on WhatsApp to get the delivery to my house. A similar problem has occurred couple of times in the past. Please look into the issue.

The delivery service is good. However, the product prices are around 20% higher than online portals such as Flipkart. Amul milk was delivered with same-day expiry, whereas it is usually available in the market with a three-day expiry. The green peas were not fresh. This was my first experience purchasing green vegetables, and it was not up to the mark. Only a few products have competitive prices. All stars are for Delivery.

Worst worst app...and customer service.. As per them, an user can't have more than one account for same shipping address..but it no where mentioned in there downloading policy. They deactivate my account mentioning misuse of the facility, and all my Bigbasket wallet amount are not longer usable as I am unable to login back, also they are not refunding back to my account. Customer service are also not accountable. I would recommend just boycott this app.They just theft is on our first order.
