Never had any issues until recently. I started getting emails for policy renewal but had the app showing me that my policy was active and cannot be renewed. After resinstalling the app I would get policy already mapped error and was then told that my policy is inactive. After a lot of communication got to know that my premium was refunded after over a month's time without any intimation. Not to mention I still see my policy active in their web portal with renewal not allowed until next year.

The fitness tracker is able to sync the steps from Google fit app but still it shows zero healthy days even if the steps walked during the day is more than 10000 steps. I have walked more than 10k steps per day for the last 10 days & the care app shows '0' average healthy days. Seems like this is prgrammed intentionally to avoid passing the discounts.

Not able to reschedule health check appointments, it's been more than a week. Always have to call them to reschedule it, very frustrating. You need to improve the app. Please spend more time to improve the overall quality of the application. Update - I have literally mentioned what needs to be improved so why do I have to mail it again? Asking customer asked to do repeated tasks such as this is so frustrating. You need to handle it.
