Warning: Do not buy anything from this app– they are fraudulent. I purchased an iPhone that initially showed 100% battery health, but it started draining unusually fast. I attempted to get a refund multiple times but never received a response. Additionally, the app has a bug — when you reach the part where you're supposed to attach pictures for the refund process, it doesn't allow you to upload anything.

Disappointing, I bought a refurbished iPhone 14 pro for a remarkably high price (2500 AED), and it was one of the worst devices I've ever used. Bad battery, damaged screen, weird behavior... I submitted a claim request, they collected the device and returned it without any fix after almost 10 days. after that, they rejected 2 of my claims for no obvious reason. I just gave up, and now I am trying to sell the device for a huge loss.

its been 3 weeks now that I have sold my device, haven't even received the money, no mails no calls. I have also called 3 times in the revibe call centre. They just say we will send you an email. It's under the process. at least let us know what is going on. and if it will take more time, then return my device.
