Stay on top of your trip with a holiday countdown, weather forecasts and a flight tracker. In addition, you get access to our full range of Excursions & Activities: from island hopping to walking tours through ancient cities.

Our list of destinations ranges from Greece to Grenada and from Ibiza to Iceland. Moreover, we have a huge collection of hotels for your holiday. Firstly, there are TUI BLUE Adults Only hotels – these hotels are for adults only and perfect for relaxing. And then there are our TUI BLUE resorts, which are extremely luxurious. Also expect a large number of family-friendly facilities in the hotels within our TUI BLUE collection.

Checklist before traveling
Make sure you're ready to go with our travel checklist - from adding passenger details to booking an airport lounge. Moreover, a handy list ensures that you don't forget anything.

Digital boarding passes
First you need to book your flight tickets, then you can check in and download and save your boarding passes via your phone. They are available on most of our flights. Or take a look at our menu for food and drinks on board before you leave.

Contact our 24/7 team
The TUI Customer Service Center can always be reached via the chat function of the app. The team is available around the clock, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Book excursions with Excursions & Activities
You can easily book excursions & activities via the app from the palm of your hand. Select your excursion from the list of available dates and times, and consult all necessary information. After you have booked and paid for your trip, the tickets will be displayed in the app and also emailed to you.

Transfer information
Once you have landed at your destination, you can look for where your bus is parked. And when it's time to return to the Netherlands, you will receive a message with all the details of your return transfer.

Most of our holidays are available in the app, but there are some cases where you won't be able to add your booking, these are:
- Winter sports holidays
- Composite trips
- Touring
- Cruises

Ratings and reviews

It shows destinations available when I select dates and then when I search it doesn't show any results.

I like the concept of an app that has a detailed trip overview and allows you to communicate with Tui. Unfortunately they also use this app to spam you with discounts for trips. They even abuse tje push notifications for their ads. This should be considered ad-ware. Also it requires an enormous amount of privileges that don't make sense with the functionality. The interface is intuitive but unfortunately terribly slow. Up to 20 to 30 seconds to load a very basic page

Contains a lot of useful things, but fails to deliver due to bad development and Tui having exceptionally bad service. A few highlights: - boarding passes can be downloaded and used offline, but this takes multiple tries, and then they are not accepted. - Contact with Tui people works similarly as over phone; slow and intermittent. - app crashes all the time or is stuck in 'loading'.
