I love this app but over the last few days I haven't been able to access it. As soon as I click on it, the app crashes. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling then reinstalling the app multiple times. I've run diagnostics on my phone & it says everything is fine. I've been going to the website but unfortunately there's things you can only do via app. Oh, and even stranger the app still works on my husband & daughter's phone (which is the same phone I have). Very frustrated!

So very disappointed with app alerts. It will not send my acct balance each day. It will not send amount of deposit made. It will not send amount of debit card used. It sends a text (email) and you then open app, sign in, and search thru app. This is not helpful. Add this to the fact that it sends most of the texts in the middle of the night when the bank is closed. Columbia Bank's app was much better. This app might be a deal breaker for me.

This thing really irritates me, sometimes it will be a few days behind on current balance. Which is mostly fine, except when I get errors quite often while trying to log in , when my name and password are pre-set in my phone, so I never have it to type it in, it's auto filled and never changes, and it tried to tell me "authentication error" or something.arrrhhhggg. you never know with this app.
