Ratings and reviews

When it works, then it works well. But it freezes up or won't open way way too often. Super annoying. Please fix your app or your system or whatever you need to do!!! I changed my vote from 3 to 2 stars since it works less often than it does. I'm tired of having to uninstall and reinstall it. And then it still won't work. And I've tried turning my phone off to reset it and tried that but the app still won't work.

Edit- They updated the app and now not even the barcode works. Besides the barcode to sign in to the gym, this app works for literally zero of its functions. It doesn't show you your upcoming appointments (if you use any of those features at the gym), you can't update your payment method, it doesn't show you how many times you've gone to the gym or any other thing that it's supposed to do.

App is a waste. There's usually only ever two things that work regardless of connection strength. First being the ID barcode. Second being the advertisements or pulled from the servers. Actually make that three, my sister can always schedule a kid care appointment on her app. Everything else is affected by the "we can't connect to the servers" perpetual issue. I'd rather have a physical card than this app...
