This app used to be really good, but it seems to be lacking in some user control features. I constantly look at my phone for the temperature during the day and now it has gotten so small, I can't see it without putting my glasses on. When the update first happened, I was getting all kinds of notifications that I didn't want and it was very hard to figure out how to turn them off. It needs to be more user friendly.

I always loved this app. It always seems pretty accurate. However, it has started constantly sending me notifications of the current weather which is very annoying to me. I want severe weather notifications, but I don't need it to tell me it is sunny or cloudy outside. I wish I could figure out how to change this, but notification settings don't seem to allow me to change that. UPDATE: getting ready to uninstall this app. The constant notifications is getting old. WGN please fix this app

This used to be my go-to weather app. It no longer is. Since an update a few months ago, the "follow me" feature no longer works. If you choose "follow me" it shows a loading screen, then just defaults to whatever city it chooses. In addition, you are no longer able to use any function of the app until you click back and forth, prompting a full screen ad to pop up. Once you click exit on the ad, you can use the app. Why can't you just use banner ads at the bottom like everybody else?
