Have the first generation. Headset lasts 40 mins tops and constantly disconnects and turns off during that time. Annoying because i can't go a full workout uninterrupted. Too expensive for such a faulty item. I even recieved a replacement from zygo after the same problem persisted with the first one I had. Problem never got solved.

The free trial was great! The workouts are motivating and the variety is enjoyable. Fast forward to purchasing the subscription, the app would not register that I purchased, but kept saying I already have an active subscription. I contacted Zygo as it was outside of the Google Play refund window. It has been a month of slow emails, and they finally told me to request a refund from Google Play. Google Play has told me that it's not eligible and to protect my account from accidental purchase.

Initially, headset did not keep charge. But, good customer service and standing for their product, headset was replaced. I've been swimming with music since and LOVE IT. I'm very proud to have a 'hot' swimming headset. I love sharing my experience. THANKS ZYGO.
