Ratings and reviews

I love this store, but the app is really not user-friendly when it comes to looking back on orders or even when you want to return something. Would be nicer if it was more accessible, like other apps, with easier menus and also adding the photos of the items you ordered.

I have found some favourite go to jeans and bras that I am really happy with, at Bonprix.

5 stars for the products, their description and reviews. 1 star for poor performance of the app and insufficient choice of delivery method (in my country only 2, those with bad reputation).
