Easy to use app and navigation for other hotel brands!

Regular user of gha hotels. The app is totally unreliable. Not in sync with the regular account. Points almost never get credit without submitting a manual claim. Very poor app and programme management

My only gripe is the fact that Discovery dollar cannot be use online but only at the hotel which made it troublesome as the one manning the hotel check in will not ask regarding this so more often than not - - - you tend to forget to inform them that you want to use your D$.
