I paid for a lifetime subscription of this app but that did NOT remove the inbred advertisements. The app keeps trying to get me to download/purchase other useless apps from the Dr. Zio store. I do not mind paying for quality apps; developers deserved to be paid. However, once I have paid for an app I do not want to be burdened with unsolicited and unwelcome advertisements. I have requested a refund.

I'm 75 years old and these exercises help me with my daily routine. Getting old beats the alternative, being able to move without pain and balance was my goal and the beginner program was just right for me.
