Deem customer service took the time out to call me and solved my issue with login - that was appreciated. However the issue of notification of any customer's card bill to be sent to the customer via email is not solved. This is industry best practice and should be done so that the customer has an email in their inbox as a reminder of their statement and bill due date. Happy to give a 5 star rating once this industry best practice is implemented.

Worst service..hidden conditions..got multiple attempts of suspicious transactions..when asked to replace the card they are charging around 65 dh for new card which no other bank does whichever I am dealing with.. now ot closing the card and asking for 6 month wait period as I availed some cashback offer...really disappointing experience..

for me and may few colleges have used the card, in transactions they are showing some transaction which we have never done and I check the tota outstanding, yes they including fake transaction amount , beware for their credit cards . I use to hear about them. they make wrong charges. Ans it's correct , don't take a card at all
