Akulaku credit is easy to use and simple to apply, but in order to get more customer, akulaku should decrease and lower the interest, I'm sure akulaku will be more competitive. I was a very satisfied customer of Akulaku back in 2018. This was the time when you never had issues with their installment offers as well as their cash loan. They process the cash loan fairly quick as it only takes 5 minutes for you to receive the money on your bank account. Fast forward to 2019, all you see on their Facebook was negative reviews. My loan application is stuck at processing, CS on the phone told me it will be canceled within 3 days but to no effect. Their FB page is useless!

In terms of cash loans, I do not have that much issue. My issue is when I order items. Once I ordered a tablet which took almost a month to deliver. When it came in it was pretty non functional. The ports dont work, it was not charging, not connecting via wifi and so on. I tried reaching out to both the seller and akulaku but their customer service is pretty much non existent. Now I'm paying for that tablet though I'm unable to use it. Looks like I'm going to have same issue with my recent order
