Ratings and reviews

Terrible app from a quality airline. I have to enter different types of information (Confirmation number, Booking Number, ETicket Number, Full Name etc.) to access my booking, then I have to start the process all over again when re-opening the app. Most of the Airline Apps only need the 6 digit PNR, because all of my information is on this record in my reservation. This app dosent save my information from the last time I entered it. Imagine wasting this time at the airport when time is critical.

I think two stars may be somewhat generous. The ANA booking management system is a mess. It was created by people without the slightest concept of logic. I am referring to the whole process of using the app and website. The website does not guide the passenger through a one-way-in, one-way-out information gathering process, but rather drops him into a labyrinthine system from where it's a challenge to understand the status of his data entry and how to plan the next step. Apaulling...

Booked via United Airlines (Star Alliance) and they don't provide a confirmation number OR reservation number so I cannot use this app to track my ANA flight whatsoever. Useless.
