I'm a first-time user and so far it's been bad experience. Yes, the loan was disbursed fast. However I tried repaying the first installment, I was debited twice and my dashboard still shows one more outstanding and another loan offer instead of clearing the outstanding. Reached out to you via calls, nobody picks and when I reached via mail, the operator keeps telling me I should request chargeback from the bank. However, the bank claims it was a successful transaction.

1st of, i was debited from my account for service fee and still didn't get credited. 2ndly; the disbursement amount too low and no option to up up. 3rdly; you charged #1050 from the money I was supposed to get as loan which I didn't get, yet your rate for repayment is way too high. Tbh I think this platform is fraudulent. I know I cannot get back my money but please don't disturb me with calls and texts in respect of this because I didn't receive no money and I cannot be responsible

Not impressed.... Interest rate is extremely too high.... Faced the issue of being debited twice..... If loan limit is 30k+ and you don't need that amount they'll only allow you to take 28k+ nothing lower and it really not beneficial seeing that you'll be paying back almost half of what you borrowed... Deleted the app.... They are not reliable at all
