Just got a home loan through Bank of Melbourne and I'm very disappointed with the mobile banking app, it's clearly been designed by boomers. So many banks out there doing amazing things with their banking apps. I mean even simple things like being able to give each of your accounts a unique name in the app to differentiate them would be a simple start. Honestly a terrible app that hardly manages to even do the basics adequately.

If you're looking for the absolute worst banking app available, well look no further. It will log you out for no apparent reason while using the app. Forget a quick login option, because it simply doesn't work. If you're unlucky enough not to remember your customer access number, your security number OR your password, good luck trying to call them, they guide you clumsily through menu after menu before telling you to login online, for which you need all the details you're looking for to login.

App constantly crashes. Takes a minimum of 3 attempts to login. First time it will semi load. Second time will usually be a blank white screen and if I'm lucky it will open on the third attempt. Otherwise I have to o keep trying till it finally opens.
