The app is average; not great, not bad, but what I love is how promptly the staff respond to issues and that they keep your ticket open until your issue is resolved. App wasn't compatible with my phone back in January ; it's sin email been updated and I was sent an email today letting me know that I could use it now. Really great support.
Better if we had: Samsung/Android Pay support + clear defined design vision that aids in the user experience should be prioritised. "Streamlined" and more logical navigation of the app e.g. use of swiping gestures from edge of display like on iPhone and appropriate use of back button.
As you seem to read your reviews and reply, I thought I'd write here: 1) It's good you read this. 2) The "Tap & Pay" icon disappears randomly and you have to reinstall the app to get it back. 3) The lack of integration of the back softkey is poor. Android has a softkey, use it (don't make us feel like we're using an iCrap device, it's lazy coding not to use it). 4) AndroidWear has been around for a while, plan on supporting that anytime soon? (Again, the iCrap thing).
Now compatible with sony xperia z5 it's a good app
Bring back the separate widgets for quick balance. Not exactly a quick balance if I have to scroll down to see second account. Edit: app keeps forgetting settings and have to re add it to home screen.. backwards indeed. In response to St George reply: I can resize the app, but now it takes up 2/3rds of my screen! Not really a suitable solution. What about the fact I keep needing to remove the app and re-add it when it fails each day, I then need to resize each time. Previous widget was 100 x better.
Greatly Improved This app has come a long way since I started using it 4 years ago. Tap & pay is brilliant and cardless is a godsend (Hardly need to carry a wallet these days). My only further suggestion on how to improve the app would be the ability to display STG auto finance balances.
