WHAT HAPPENED ??? I USED to be able to login. Ever since these new updates, I can no longer get access to my account via this App! Its been almost 5 months since I've been able to use your App, I am starting to think that there is no longer any use to using your Internet Banking App so therefore i will be forced to delete this App as i wont be using it if it doesn't allow me to login and I will be forced to use to Web browser again as there is no problems on there. I dont know what has happened with this but please fix it.
Quick Zone not so quick. You advertised this new feature: "Quick Balance is now Quick Zone – view your balance and recent transactions for up to 3 accounts, and transfer money between these accounts. All without having to log in." This doesn't work. I just completed two transfers in the quick zone and had to login both times with my full details. It's actually quicker to login to the app to do transfers.
Edit: This bug was fixed in an update some weeks after I posted the review. So I'm editing my review to reflect the changes. All in all it now does work quite well. Original text: Full reception. App up to date. Can't find balance, just get a blank white page. Back button doesn't work. Did it hang? Didn't really matter. Not reliable. 50% of the time it doesn't work often for days at a time.
Would be nice if it worked! Can use quick balance which is handy, but can't actually login. I always get an error saying that mobile banking is unavailable. Which i know it isnt cause my wife can login on her phone and we are both on android phones.
Used to work now can't login Used to love this app but lately the quick balance widget doesn't show my balance and I can't login through the app. Have to open my Web browser on my phone to login. Keeps telling me I have invalid input parameters when I try to through the app but the browser version just let's me straight through. Such a shame as I used to love how great it was.
Where's the tap and pay functionality? The technology has been working great on my CBA account. Why are St George always behind in technology? They need to keep up if they want a functioning app. Would be great to have a widget option for tap and pay as well.
