Horrible One of the worst and most inconsistent apps I've used. It somehow removed my email address so I stopped receiving mobile notifications for transfers and now that the app has updated (which required a reinstall) it has done it again and I can't find where to add an email. The meter widget always disconnects which means you need to sign in to reset it (defeating the purpose of the widget). The old version also often only provided enough space for 3 numbers to login when you need 4. Reinstall again.
Widgets not working anymore New update, still the same old pathetic excuse for an app. It is now 4 months since my review and support promissed that issues will be resolved with the new version which of course hasn't happened. Probably time to take my mortgage and all other business to a different bank.Used to be a decent app but ever since the latest update the widgets don't refresh anymore. I wonder if there's any testing done at all before release to public. I have a stock standard phone so surely the problem is not on my side.
Widget's suddenly stopped working today. They all say 'No account selected' and no amount of selecting, re logging in or reinstalling will get them to work. I've been reporting this issue for months and get the same old response that you're "aware of the technical issues with widgets". You're banking group reported an $8b profit last year, maybe you could throw a few million at some developers to sort out your issues?
It never auto refreshes I try to use the swipe feature to view my balance and it never works- and has no refresh feature. It drives me crazy. There are some good features in the app but this is the main reason I have the app. If it forces me to log on every single time then I might as well just use the internet and not the app to log on. Fix this guys! You're a big enough bank to spend some money on upgrading this app! I never have trouble with the Commbank app
Horrible. Hard to use. Glitchy. Bring back the old banking app. Major issues. Transfers saying they have failed but then going through twice. TWICE?! Some of my accounts don't show up a lot of the time! Log in issues. Failed commands. Difficult navigation. A total fail in my mind.
Frustrating. So frustrating that the widget doesn't work! And now when I try to see quick view it crashes every time. It is still faster than logging into the website every time. But the app should be doing everything it is supposed to do. Please fix it.
