Horrible One of the worst and most inconsistent apps I've used. It somehow removed my email address so I stopped receiving mobile notifications for transfers and now that the app has updated (which required a reinstall) it has done it again and I can't find where to add an email. The meter widget always disconnects which means you need to sign in to reset it (defeating the purpose of the widget). The old version also often only provided enough space for 3 numbers to login when you need 4. Reinstall again.
Widgets not working anymore New update, still the same old pathetic excuse for an app. It is now 4 months since my review and support promissed that issues will be resolved with the new version which of course hasn't happened. Probably time to take my mortgage and all other business to a different bank.Used to be a decent app but ever since the latest update the widgets don't refresh anymore. I wonder if there's any testing done at all before release to public. I have a stock standard phone so surely the problem is not on my side.
Frustrating. So frustrating that the widget doesn't work! And now when I try to see quick view it crashes every time. It is still faster than logging into the website every time. But the app should be doing everything it is supposed to do. Please fix it.
Love mobile banking Love dealing with my cash and account through mobile banking because its way easy and very convenient. No matter where you are you have many options. Though i dislike the new app. The old one was easier to work with
Decent when it works Which isn't often. Constant crashes, three times this morning even after a reinstall and reboot of phone. Widget is constantly crashing too. Clearly the interest I'm paying on my home loan is being put to good use.
Fix bugs before features Please stop adding new features like "Proof of Balance Report" and fix the bugs that your customers have been reporting for months! The widgets have not been working for at least the last 4 releases and now it's so bad the app is practically unusable. I've rebooted and reinstalled multiple times but I'm constantly getting an error that the St George app has stopped working. Please listen to your customers and get the app stable first before adding anything else.
