Password works about half the time. Not the easiest to navigate. Haven't figured out how to get payment history either. Update: not able to pay for a loan from an external method. Basically if you want to pay a car bill its a 60 mile round trip to the actual bank, unless you pay with the suncoast account that is attached to the loan. This app offers very little.

Thanks for the feedback! Just tap on an account to view your transaction history; they're also available in your monthly eStatements in the Documents & Resource Center. To pay a bill with an external account, https://www.suncoast.com/For-You/Loans-and-Credit-Cards/Payments has the solution (Check out Speedpay!)

I was using the app up until yesterday. Mostly okay with minor irritations. Now I can log in but none of the menu options work. I can't pay bills. I can't transfer funds. I can't deposit funds. I don't know what happened but it's useless now where before it was just mildly irritating. Update: So it finally works but I have to clear the cache repeatedly. Good luck trying to make a deposit with the camera. I could drive to a branch and make the deposit myself faster

The deposit feature on this app is really bad on this app and has always been that way. I'm currently using the pixel 7 pro phone and the pictures are all super blurry and thus makes me have to take 2 and 3 digits worth of photos for retakes. It's effectively unusable for mobile deposits. Please fix this.
