After 6 years of use . . . Still loving the app! It is a huge help with submitting expense reports and has been great when needing to find receipts for tax purposes. Had a glitch with the new version, reached out to support, and was amazed at how quickly they responded. Even after things were resolved they followed up again a few weeks later just to make sure. I would highly recommend Smart Receipts!

New update is terrible. Used to cost $6 year with auto backup and no ads. Now the input is cumbersome and it has ads and no backup. If you want no ads and auto backup it is $65 year. I hope they read all the complaints and simplify things like they used to be. PLEASE FIX ALL THE COMPLAINTS AND BECOME A GOOD APP LIKE YOU USED TO BE. Asked for help from them and got the run around. Could not explain to me why the major cost increase. Could not locate my account of over 10 years.

I've been using Smart Receipts for over 10 years, and it just keeps getting better. However, during the software update RELEASE 5.0.2 (5038) in October 2024, I encountered an issue where all my receipts disappeared. Concerned, I promptly emailed the support team. To my relief, they responded swiftly with clear instructions on restoring my data. Within 24 hours, thanks to their efficient assistance, my data was restored. This experience highlights the value of exceptional customer service!
