Ratings and reviews

App looks nice, but is slow at the best of times and then non functional at other times or runs at a snails pace. Any general ticket you log is 90% not reponded to. Almost everytime you click on the crypto account or one of your crypto assets it take you directly to the logout page. So not a crypto friendly app. Issue hasn't been fixed in quite some time now. if you put in even one wrong password your account becomes locked. this means if you need to make a quick purchase or sale your are ****

Use other trusted app. EasyEquities do what they want when they want it, and when you log a support call no one comes back, after bi-weekly update requests. been two months now. The app also doesn't have a feature, that I could find, to view support tickets. The are aware of the ticket, because I tried logging a duplicate support ticket, which was closed stating it will be handled with the 1st ticket. Still waiting

The Good: On the whole, the app works. You can deposit money and buy a wide variety of investment instruments, here they have no competition. You can set up recurring payments to automate your investments which is pretty neat. The Bad: An absolutely terrible UI, if there was a competitor with a better user experience I would jump ship. It's not unusal to click a button and it does nothing until a second click or restarting the app.
