Application went unresponsive during a regional train ticket purchase. I did not get confirmation from the purchase so I went through the purchasing process again just to find out that the first attempt had resulted in a ticket with no notification from the app. I reached out the customer service of the app for a reclamation, and the customer service insisted that I have to make the claim for the train company. Poor service, since I was buying the ticket through SkyCash, and it was the app SkyCash that did not give normal feedback of the purchase attempt. No possibility to pay through Blik or Google Wallet. From now on I'll buy my tickets any other possible way. I do not recommend.
