App pratique, intuitive qui porte ses fruits en terme d'investissement. Par contre, je suis déçu du manque de transparence sur les swaps de crypto (marqué fee = 0.0€ mais lorsque l'on vérifie la quantité de crypto, on voit qu'on perd environ 2% par swap, et ce malgré le cashback de 0.5%...). Dommage.

Hello Jean-Gabriel, we do not have fees on our exchange, however, there is spread applied. The spread is not a fixed %, but it depends on the market, as we use an in-house smart routing system to find the best price of each order. The exchange rate is different and is displayed to you at the time of the operation.

J'ai eu un problème au niveau des paiements sur internet j'ai vraiment esperer qu'ils prennent la releve comme la carte de binance qui étais magnifique mais eux nexo les problèmes de paiement sur internet sont recurrent. Comme payer des factures téléphonique etc je n'arrive pas en tous cas, j'espère juste qu'ils pourront régler ce problème rapidement.

Hello Ibrahim, the merchants you're trying to send money to are "financial merchants" and fall under under the Merchant Category Code 4829 and 6540, meaning that they are not supported for the Nexo Card. You can however make bank transfers to them. Our CS team have sent you an email with the full details regarding your inquiry.

Application bien pratique pour gérer ses cryptos. Il faudrait cependant ajouter la version en langue Française.
