Add video conferencing to your kiosks with KioCall. The KioCall Android App allows you to answer or send video calls to your kiosks running KioWare kiosk software and to any device with the KioCall app installed. KioCall allows kiosk users to initiate (or receive) video chats with other kiosks, call centers, or groups.
The KioCall Android App can be installed on any device running Android Version 4.2 or newer.
Features of the KioCall Android App include the ability to:
See which Kiosks/Users are active
Make calls to Kiosks, Users, or Groups
Place queue or conference calls
Accept incoming calls while logged in (even if the app is running in the background)
Set a ringtone or vibrate when receiving an incoming call
Set the KioCall Android app to start on boot
View front or rear cameras
Auto-reconnect if the connection is lost
Change the user password.
