Meet Uplift, a peer-to-peer mental health app built to connect you with others for real support and meaningful conversations. Mental health challenges are common across the Caribbean, but talking about them is still taboo. We’re here to change that.
Support Rooms
Jump into a support room with up to five peers. Each session lasts up to 60 minutes, giving you a safe space to share, listen, and support each other. You can start your own room or join one that’s already open.
Kudos
When you support others, you earn kudos. It’s a simple way to recognize the care and encouragement you give. Watch your kudos grow over time and celebrate the positive impact you’re making in the community.
A Safe and Respectful Space
Every room follows community guidelines to keep things supportive and respectful. When you open a room, you’ll choose a category and add a short description so others know what the conversation is about.
Uplift isn’t about endless scrolling or polished personas. We’re not here to track your every move or make you feel less than yourself. We built Uplift so you can connect with others in a way that feels real. No judgment, no pressure — just people helping people.
Behind Uplift is a small but passionate team at CtrlAltFix Tech in Trinidad and Tobago. We believe technology can bring people together and create positive change in the Caribbean. Our mission is simple: give you a safe place to open up, connect, and know you’re not alone.
We’re excited to have you on this journey with us. Together, we can break the stigma around mental health, one conversation at a time.
