You never know when your vehicle might breakdown. With Westpac’s Auto Assist app you’ll be able to request roadside assistance anywhere in New Zealand from your phone. Whether it’s a flat battery or tyre, you’ve lost your keys or run out of fuel, it’s a relief to know help is just a moment away.

Once setup, use the app anytime to request a callout. Simply advise what help you need and the app will automatically locate you using your phone's GPS. There are also quick links to help you locate nearby services, turn on the flashlight and access our website.

To use this app you need to be in New Zealand and have purchased Westpac Auto Assist through Westpac.
