My mum booked two flight tickets through them but never got a refund when the flights got cancelled. She contacted MakeMyTrip via phone and was told to wait 2 weeks. She waited and guess what, its not possible to reach customer service through the phone anymore. Very bad customer service. Unresponsive. MMT fix this! Post developer reply edit: I opened the email mentioned by MMT. However, Im asked to type in a OTP code which I have never received. So we are stuck again!
