Non compare su kiwi. Il mio volo è stato cancellato e kiwi, oltre a negare spudoratamente che effettivamente il volo fosse stato cancellato nonostante fosse scritto grande come una casa sul sito Ryanair, non ha offerto alcun tipo di assistenza. Le alternative di volo richiedevano un pagamento di più di 600 euro e per il rimborso ti forniscono delle credenziali inesistenti per accedere a ryanair che non ti permettono di richiederlo. TERRIBILI

Non capisco l'utilità di quest'app. Alla prenotazione del mio volo non mi ero accorto che per i costi del servizio di Kiwi c'era un sovrapprezzo da pagare. Loro risultano i proprietari del biglietto quindi tu, acquirente, non puoi gestirlo in autonomia. Per poter effettuare una cancellazione devi passare tramite loro pagando un ulteriore sovrapprezzo, questa viene inoltrata in ritardo alle compagnie e senza sapere a quanto ammontano le penali. Non la consiglierei neanche al mio peggior nemico.

Quando seleziono più destinazioni nella scheda "Andata e ritorno" non vengono mostrate le soluzioni con ritorno da aeroporto diverso da quello di arrivo. Tutto ciò rende inutile l'opzione "Consenti il ritorno da una stazione/un aeroporto diverso". Molto scomodo per chi deve ripartire da destinazioni differenti...
