it's not cheap, most of the time you end up spending £10 for a short trip, customer service is rubbish, if you have an issue no one will come to help, a few times I had to drive late at night for 20/30 minutes after work looking for a spec.carpark because other users occupied 2 space with 1 car, or the car bay was out of order for roadworks, customer service was informed and they left the cars in their not designated bays, and obviously people taking the car was getting fined.

I rented a van but the van wasn't there. I needed to take my friend to the hospital, but the van wasn't there. Then they suspended my account as well . If you have to do something urgent better not rely on zipcar will only waste your time and create problems.
