通知がこない。仕事で使っているので致命的。ファイル毎に仕事で使う画像などが違うので、各ファイル毎に通知の設定が出来るようにして、通知がちゃんとくるようにして欲しい。 また、ブラウザ版は画像が透過されているか確認出来るがアプリ版だと全て白背景になるため透過かどうかわざわざダウンロードしないと確認できない。これも致命的。アプリ版でも透過出来ているか確認出来るように、透過ファイルは黒背景で表示するなどして欲しい。 問い合わせなどがないので改善して欲しい旨伝える場所がない。問い合わせなどもしっかり出来るようにするべきだと思う。このレベルだと課金しようとは思えない。

アプリ自体は管理もしやすいので重宝しています。ですが有料会員になった翌月に二重請求が発生し、サポートセンターへ問い合わせてもまともな対応なし。アカウントと契約内容が全く同じだったため片方をキャンセルするも、翌月に無料プランへ強制移行。サポートセンターへ問い合わせても応答なし。アプリからは「データ消失の可能性あり」と警告。 せめて原因の究明、説明はして欲しかったです。 結局二重請求を2ヶ月分支払っている状況です。。。

無料プランで使用。3台までの制限は厳しく正直実用には限定的。 他のサービスとの併用、分散させているがテキストならgooglekeep、写真のバッグアップはgooglephotoかAmazonフォトへしないとすぐにいっぱいになりアップグレード催促をされ続ける。 PCで共通に使うツールや設定ファイル、壁紙などを置くくらいか。 テキストファイルは能動的に保存をかけないと更新分を記録しないうちにアプリを終了して消えたり他のデバイスで開いて競合させてしまうトラブルが時々有る、自動保存がほしい。 又なぜかテキストビューワーは上下スワイプできる画面内判定が、画面内のテキスト行右端位置までとなっていて改行ばかりの文体だと左側しか操作出来ない謎仕様、しかも検索も無い。 結論. 無料で使うなら、今時スマホとPC複数持ちは珍しくもないと思うが同期3台までというのが時代にそぐわない。用途を限定して使えば割と便利。
