나이제한이 얼마인지 표기가 되어있지 않고 다 약관으로 넣어서 홈페이지를 들어 가야만 확인할수있는것이 불편합니다 나이제한이라는 사유도 알려주지 않고 오류라고만 표시되어 지속적으로 시도하였다가 너무 많이 시도하였다 라고 표시되었습니다 사유도 모르고 제한사항도 모르고 인증실패 하나로 영구적인 서비스 제한은 좋지 않은것 같습니다 나는 zen카드가 필요하고 이 서비스가 처음입니다 잘 모르는 상황에서 금지만 시키는것을 고쳐야 한다고 생각합니다 사유도 안알려주고 횟수 초과했으니 블랙리스트 올리는게 맞나 싶네요

신분증 인증을 100번은 한거 같은데 인증 안됨. 다 인식을 못 한다고 나옴. 사진을 이상하게 찍은 것도 아니도 누가 봐도 다 알아볼 수 있을거 같은데 그냥 아무것도 인식을 못함.

신원확인 수동으로 하다가 확인이 안되면 다시 하라고 하던지 3일이 되도록 신원확인 한다고 하고 암것도 못하게 하네 뭐 이딴식으로 어플 만들었나
