The app is helpful and easy to use but i have a few things to point out: 1- u should mention there's an additional payment for unlocking bikes 2- it says in the description 0.10$ per minute but it's actually 0.15£ per minute which is almost 0.20$ 3- minute bundles should cost less per minute than pay as you ride option, and they should also cost less as u go up (less for 100 min and even less for 200min) to encourage people to purchase higher bundles

I know I should review the app, but after hiring 2 bikes and one breaking, dangerously so (jamming the chain) the customer service was awful, with me being told I had to return the working bike to a bay whilst leaving my daughter I was riding with alone, or have us both walk the other bike back ?, all to save them £5. Hiding behind terms and conditions to offer bad service after a bike broke due to obvious lack of maintenance.

Used this once year or two ago worked fine. Tried it again recently and it absolutely won't send me a verification code to verify my number which has to be done before you can hire anything. First time I got in touch the guy says try it again in 30 mins... I'd been trying for 2 days at that point. Second time I got in touch the guy said "I've checked your account on our system and it shouldn't be a problem" which was nice to know I guess. They haven't answered the third email so far 🙃👍
