I recently purchased the firebolt phoenix pro black Smartwatch, and while it has an impressive array of features and a sleek design, I am highly disappointed with its charging performance. It's not a good company which provides good services to its customers. First of all their customer care service did not work, they chanced their number that also did not work. I purchased a watch and then had a display issue i raide complaint they send mail that a person will come to pickup my watch but no one came. I again raised complaint the same mail came that some one will pickup the product no one came again. I mailed them almost 10 times still my complaint didn't got solved.

When I try to connect my firebolt watch to the app it says connection failed even though the watch is not even connected with any other app or phone. So please sort out the problem. My watch is the newest version and I have upgraded it too.
