RefTally is the pay book for sports officials. Every game you work, what you earned, who still owes you and for which games, and the miles you drove to get there, across every league, assignor and school you work for.

WHAT IT DOES

Who still owes you
One list of everyone who owes you money, with the games behind each figure and how long they have been waiting. A payer past their usual wait is marked late, and on the day fees go late you get one morning reminder with the count.

Mark a deposit paid in one go
Tick the games a deposit covered and record it once, with the date and how it arrived: direct deposit, check, cash or a payment app. If they paid short, the newest game stays part paid. If they paid over, the extra is kept as a credit.

Log a game in a few taps
Sport, level and the role you worked, with roles that match the sport: referee, AR and 4th official in soccer, plate and base in baseball and softball, the full crew in football. The fee fills in from your last game with the same payer, sport, level and role, and the miles fill in from the round trip saved for the site.

Cancelled, rained out, forfeit
Record what you actually earned for a cancelled, rained out or forfeited game, and keep travel pay separate from the game fee.

Paid at the field
Youth games paid in cash on the day are recorded as paid when you save them.

Bring in your schedule
Import a calendar file (.ics) from your assigning site or your own calendar, set a fee and payer for all of them at once, and confirm them as you go. Games you already imported are skipped.

Miles for the year
Save each field or gym once with its round trip. A second game at the same site that day starts at zero, and you can change it. Enter the mileage rate you use and the app shows the year's mileage at that rate, or leave it empty and see the distance only.

Year report
Games, fees by payer, what arrived in the calendar year, what is still owed, miles and expenses, as a PDF and as a CSV file to hand your tax preparer. The report is in English. It is for your records and is not a tax return, a 1099 or tax advice.

Expenses
Uniforms, equipment, association dues, license and certification fees, clinics, background checks, insurance, tolls and parking, added up by category for the year.

Backup
Save every game, payer and payment to one file and restore it on another Android phone.
