For those using iOS devices: GOALS APP connects smoothly with Apple Health Kit. To turn on
this feature, open your device's Settings, go to Health, select Data Access & Devices, tap on
GOALS APP, and grant the permissions required to share your health data. This connection
supports a more complete view of your wellness, allowing you and your healthcare team to track
your progress accurately.
