The Premium Plan is an auto renewing subscription.
Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will renew automatically.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings.
