Drawing from over 8 years of experience training MBCT (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy) teachers, minding is rooted in one of the most scientifically-backed forms of mindfulness training available. The techniques you'll learn have been proven to help with anxiety, stress, and emotional resilience.


In addition to the app, minding offers a unique shared experience designed to enhance habit formation. Only about 3.9% of users of mental health apps remain active after 15 days, but with minding, you’ll get consistent guidance and motivation through weekly live sessions.
