With moviHealth, you have 1-on-1 access to expert physical therapists
who will create and support your goals with personalized therapeutic exercise plans, just for your body. Going beyond traditional physical therapy, moviHealth combines the expertise of clinical care with today’s technology, allowing you to exercise when and where you want. Our program is available at no cost through select employers and health plans.
With the moviHealth app you can:
ACCESS PERSONALIZED CARE PLANS
Once you’ve met (virtually or in-person) your expert physical therapist, they’ll create your movi Care Plan based on your personal goals, current condition and health history.
EXERCISE ON-THE-GO
Short, clearly-narrated videos explain how to correctly perform your therapy exercises, so you can do them wherever you want – using a computer, tablet or phone.
TRACK PROGRESS & GET FEEDBACK
You’ll check-in with your physical therapist regularly to see how you’re doing and celebrate reaching your milestones. Or see your progress right in the app with real-time results.
SET UP IN-APP REMINDERS
We can all be forgetful. The mōviHealth app lets you set up that nudge you might need to get moving.
FIND EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
Access and track your therapy exercises, send a message to your physical therapist, schedule upcoming visits, and learn about your condition – all in the movi app.
