Understanding Group Functionality in Our App
Our app is designed to facilitate seamless communication among users, and this is primarily organized through the use of groups. When you create or join a group, you are setting up your network to communicate with others. Here’s how it works:
Creating a New Group:
If you are the first person from your team or circle to use the app, you have the privilege of creating a new group.
Upon selecting the option to create a group, you will be prompted to set a unique group name. This name will be your team’s identifier, so choose something that is recognizable and relevant to all potential members.
Once the group is created, you can share the group name with your peers, friends, or family, inviting them to join in for instant communication.
Joining an Existing Group:
If your team, friends, or family have already set up a group, you’ll need to obtain the exact group name from them.
When you choose to join an existing group, you will be prompted to enter the group name that has been shared with you.
It’s crucial to enter the exact name, as this is how the app identifies which group you are trying to connect with. Any discrepancy in the group name might connect you to the wrong group or show an error.
