The Healthfirst Cares App is a digital assistant that gives tailored guidance and useful insights into the daily lives of people living with diabetes. The app gives real-time digital coaching to help handle diabetes, support healthy eating habits, and reach personal fitness goals.
FOCUS ON YOUR FOOD AND FITNESS:
• Sync with fitness trackers, pharmacy, labs, and patient portals
• New integrations with more meters, blood pressure cuffs, and weight scales
• Healthy recipes, meal plans, life tips, and more

• Real-time coaching as you enter blood sugar results
