Path Rational offers two functionalities. One- AI based counselling that helps the user manage their emotional distress, build skills such as decision making, problem solving, assertiveness etc, modify their habits such as procrastination, screen usage, addictions. The app also assists users build their resources such as social, academic, progressional, financial etc. This way they can solve problems better, and achieve their goals more efficiently, just like a human therapist would assist them.
The app also offers another functionality for mental health professionals improve their therapy by providing feedback, constructive suggestions to make the therapy more efficiently.
Designed and trained by a psychotherapist who's also a master trainer and supervisor for Cognitive and Rational emotive behavior therapy. This makes the app different from other AI bots, as the counselling of Path Rational is supervised by a certified supervisor.
