RoMa007 "RoMa" – a free app available from Google App Store – aims to solve the problem of children’s heavy dependence on mobile phones, tablets and computers. Unnecessary and potentially risky device usage can affect the children’s academic performance, cause behavioural changes and compromise their online safety.

ROMA helps children create and manage their own routines. It empowers them to make decisions and take ownership of their daily activities. Benefits include the development of time-management skills, a sense of autonomy, improved decision-making, and enhanced self-discipline. Children also learn to prioritize tasks and develop a sense of responsibility.

Currently able to track and report device and app usage on Android and Windows systems, RoMa provides you with a non-interfering method to track and monitor children’s online activity. You can review the report by logging in via the app on parent's mobile device and monitor online activities of your children without interfering or accessing their device.

Permissions:
 1.⁠ ⁠Battery Optimization:

Battery Optimization service controls allow us to keep the RoMa007 app running in the background even with the power saving mode enabled. This allows the RoMa app to consistently track the relevant device activities in all modes and at all times.

 2.⁠ ⁠Usage Stats:

Provides access to device usage history and statistics. Usage data is aggregated into time intervals: days, weeks, months, and years.

We utilize Usage Stats in determining the device use by time, and leverage the information to report to the parents an accurate picture of when and how long a device has been used. This functionality becomes more critical where the child has access to multiple devices.

 3.⁠ ⁠Accessibility Permission:

Please note that we are not using accessibility permissions to make any changes to your device settings.
We are seeking your permission to use Accessibility service so we can keep track of the switching of apps on the device.
This information allows us to report to the parent the actual app use by time across single or multiple sessions and the actual time of use.
