this app has become so unusable i feel like i'm in a prank show. i download an audiobook and it get's deleted the next day. or even in the middle of me listening to it! and even if i download it, it still won't play because it needs internet connection??? why do you think i downloaded it in the first place?? and that's not even mentioning the titles disappearing randomly from my library even though they're still available

The service has a limit that isnt explained properly, if you read too much books the app will lock you out of reading simmilar books untill the end of the month. Having limits is one thing, but not outlining how they work is predatory. I am paying for a service and get spit in the face for it by the service itself.
