É horrível o suporte não consigo conversar com vocês. O menu conquistas está congelado há 2 dias e não consigo ajuda. Limpei cache atualizei o app, porém permanece congelado. Como muitos jogadores novos reclam, e com razão, há um monopólio por parte dos grandes jogadores. A equipe deveria facilitar a vida dos jogadores iniciantes, como bônus dentre outras facilidades, e não apenas incentivar a compra dos pacotes. Ótimo jogo mesmo, na parte como jogar deveria ser melhor descrito . E estou decepcionada com uma coisa ,pois já é a 4° vez que tenho que desinstalar e logar de novo pois a loja que oferta gratuita não carrega . E uma dica por favor inventem um jeito e podermos logar quando entrar para não ter que fazer toda a história inicial . Eu que tive que fazer 4 vezes ficou massante = / E minha loja deu problema de novo ,se ouderem me ajudar,agradeceria.

Não existe suporte nenhum para o jogo. Você tenta entrar em contato com alguém e simplicidade não funciona a "opção suporte" Inacreditável o "diário" não funcionar e ficar pedindo para atualizar o capitólio que já está no nível máximo AFF 😤 Já desisti de desinstalar e instalar o aplicativo. Muitos muitos bugs e fora a lentidão do jogo. Internet é forte não vem com papo furado pow.
