Ratings and reviews

The mobile application is not working properly. The actions you have taken do not take place for tens of minutes, maybe hours, but appear to be completed in your computer's browser. Sometimes these processes are delayed in your browser on your computer, too. Also, customer support services were fine at first, but lately the people in support have also been giving automatic and irrelevant replies to the topics we posted.

An app that is used widely has no icon (shows only a generic Android icon in app menu). That's odd. And the app closes by itself if it was open previously and you are trying to switch between apps. In order to pass this weird behavior of the app, you need to restart the app. This should be addressed. Also, I noticed that a coin I sold through my desktop computer (browser) is not showing on the app. I think this app is supposed serve simple features of the service yet lacking a lot of polish.

When depositing money, small amounts can be deposited. However, when trying to get money, he doesn't give. It says below the minimum transaction limit. Thus, he seizes the small investor's money. In order to get your money, you will either deposit more money or your money will be gone. But now I am worried if I invest more money, will these fraudsters extort that money with an excuse. In addition, their systems are crashing every day.
