Chicken Guide is a mobile companion for anyone studying or working with microbiology. The app brings together a reference catalog of microorganisms — bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protozoa — with detailed profiles covering taxonomy, morphology, associated diseases, and laboratory identification methods. The catalog works offline, so essential reference material is always available, even without an internet connection.

Beyond the reference library, the app includes a set of digital lab tools: a dilution calculator, colony counter, step-by-step Gram stain guide, incubation timer, and biosafety level quick reference. Interactive simulations — a virtual Petri dish, staining lab, and growth model that shows how environmental conditions affect cultures — help users understand lab workflows in a practical, hands-on way.

For learning and review, there are quizzes, flashcards, and biosafety challenges. Users can keep a lab journal to document observations, track experiments, and save favorite microorganisms for quick access. Chicken Guide is built for students, educators, and lab professionals who want a modern, convenient tool for exploring the microscopic world.
